Detection accuracy, event reduction and collision reduction answer different questions. Ask how each metric was calculated, what sample was used and whether results include low-light and unusual conditions.
Inspect the review workflow
Examine confirmed, dismissed and inconclusive examples. Ask how reviewers receive context and how corrections are retained. Check whether automated analysis can be distinguished from the final reviewer decision.
Evaluate operational impact
Measure time spent reviewing events, time to obtain evidence and repeat behaviours after coaching. A lower event count may reflect a new threshold rather than a change in driving.
